Deliver more training to more candidates through digital marketing
What unique challenges do Training companies have online?
Training companies face multiple challenges: keeping up (and beating) the competition, gaining new customers, retaining existing customers, using websites and online media to complement or assist training courses themselves.
One of the reasons we enjoy working on campaigns for Training companies is that there are tangible results – enquiries and bookings are simple to record, and provide a good objective. Usually, enquiries, leads and bookings are the primary objective of any campaign.
Training of all kinds is a popular thing to book online, compared to other industries – conversion rates on campaigns we’ve worked on are comparatively good, and digital marketing offers a good return on investment.
Now, beating the competition, gaining new customers and retaining existing customers all revolve around a few key things – growing website traffic, getting website visitors to trust you and persuading them to make an enquiry, making sure you reinforce your messaging by providing the training you said you would – and then encouraging customers to book again in the future.
All of these things can be addressed with a digital campaign – our approach has proven successful across multiple campaigns in the past.
How do we work with companies in the Training sector?
Our focus is primarily on your business objectives – it’s worth repeating that: usually leads/bookings/enquiries. We use digital marketing to achieve those aims.
We know that ranking well on Google for certain keywords will result in enquiries for your training services, can provide ongoing cost-effective traffic, and so that’s usually one of our tactics.
We know that creating pages on your website that portray your services, and staff, as trustworthy (and we have a long list of ‘trust signals’ that we add to pages) helps with your conversion rate (the rate at which visitors make enquiries).
We know that it’s possible to persuade someone who visited the website and didn’t make an enquiry to come back and fill out that contact form or call your number.
We know that gaining more traffic, and so more enquiries, than your competitors, can help you beat them business-wise.
Our campaigns can be integrated with any other marketing you’re running.
Here’s a list of services we can (depending on the objectives) include in a campaign:
- SEO
- Local SEO
- Content Marketing
- Link Acquisition
- PPC
- Email Marketing
- Landing Page Design/Website Management
- Consulting & Reporting
What kind of Training companies do we work with?
Our campaign work is for limited companies from small to enterprise sizes, from single director/employee setups to larger organisations. That covers a broad range of sizes, but that’s one of the advantages of digital marketing; you can be nimble and the work has an effect on all sizes of website, regardless of the size of the business.
We’ll usually be working directly with and for directors, staff responsible for marketing or sales, marketing teams and officers.
Now, you may have a certain requirement – you might need ‘everything doing’, as in the whole campaign from conception to delivery, so you can just focus on the results we bring. Or, you may need some assistance, some consulting on a certain aspect, maybe a bit of hands-on work on a particular part of the campaign. We’re happy, and experienced in, working with both of these types of campaign.
Timescales & Budgets for a Digital Marketing project
In a proposal we forecast the amount of time required to hit a particular goal, and set out a schedule noting work involved. Some campaigns run over a number of months, some over a longer period. We have worked with clients on a range of campaigns over the years, hitting different targets for each. We’re comfortable working as long as there’s an objective to work towards.
We do report monthly, but can tie our reporting in with your requirements.
Our minimum booking is £1000.00+VAT per month. This is a minimum and we put in a full proposal to you on request. There are no contract tie-ins and we operate in a fair manner.
